DAY 14. SUNDAY 2nd WEEK. FAREWELL.

Our last day in Paignton, and our last group picture.

WE LOVE YOU, NYIMA!!

Últimos segundos pisando suelo inglés.

Well, guys, this is it. You have been an awesome group, and we are very proud of you.
We hope you have learnt a lot (not only English), and we hope you have a great summer.
See you in September!

DAY 13. SURFING AT NEWQUAY.

10.30 a.m: Not the most healthy of breakfasts at BURGER KING, in Newquay.

We were lucky to go on the 2nd shift, while our friends from Sevilla had their lesson at 11.00 a.m.

While we were waiting, some of the students showed their skills and abilities:

FLEXIBILITY

KARATE

MORE FLEXIBILITY

Just before our surf lesson.

DAY 12. FRIDAY 2nd WEEK. QUAYWEST / TREASURE HUNT. GHOST TOUR.

In the afternoon, we divided into 2 groups: some of us went to Quaywest, the water park, while others preferred to stay at Paignton seafront, and did a Treasure Hunt.

Recobrando fuerzas después de subir escaleras y bajar down the slides.

Los que hicieron el Treasure Hunt were hungry too.

In the evening we went on a Ghost Tour at Kents' Cavern. Very frightening!!

DAY 12. FRIDAY 2nd WEEK. CERTIFICATES.

Today was our last day at school. The last lesson with our teachers consisted of playing a game in which we had to find letters that were hidden in different places in the school, y luego había que formar unas palabras con esas letras.

After the game, it was time for Bret and Chris (the Directors) to hand out the students' certificates and their teachers' reports. They all good excellent marks and reports (incluso mejores que en España)

Si queréis vuestra foto original, just write an email to me: carlosjuarezpalmeral@gmail.com

DAY 11. THURSDAY 2nd WEEK. DARTMOOR.

Today we visited Dartmoor National Park, which is about 600 metres above sea level.

We got off the bus and started walking up the hill towards Haytor, una de las muchas formaciones rocosas (de granito) que se pueden encontrar por aquí.

Tamara, como corres cuando quieres, eh?

It was quite windy up en la "cumbre".

Rolling down the hill (well, the moor)

After Haytor, we had a cream tea (la merienda típica de Devon) in Widecombe, a small village which had 3 SHOPS.

Some of our favourite leaders: Lorna, Lindsay, Nick, Anna Marie and Rhiannon.
Thank you all for being so nice.
